What is Lootmore, Why More. Who is behind it?
Lootmore.com is a online store focusing on to sell cool stuff @ insanely low prices. It started with a passion of selling, supplying and distribution of products in bulk to limited community of people/re-sellers who used to make money out of us and as usually kept low margins always. Later we evolved it as a business model and launched it as Lootmore. Don’t ask us, keeping such low margins when you guys will be profitable. Not sure, may be by the time we retire ?
I see only product everyday?
Yes, We sell and display just one product a day. It typically stays live until we are Empty of Stocks or untill 12.00 AM.
Our standard shipping terms are 5-7 working days.
How do I track the schedule for new items?
Each day is New & Exciting for us. We just sell one product per day, new product is hosted every 24hours @ 12AM midnight seven days a week. If the product has been sold out during its run, a new product will not be hosted immediately, the page says “YOU MISSED IT” instead of buy now. Interesting?
How do I get the item which I missed yesterday?
NO. Ya we know it’s a bit harsh. But that’s what makes us unique. Each product hosted will be discontinued within 24hours or even before. We may get it back in the later dates based on the demand, honestly no guarantees assured.
Who is the concern person to speak with in your company?
DND! We are working tirelessly for you guys. Most of the times we are busy sourcing new products and shipping your orders! As suggested in contact us page, you can always mail us with your comments, concents or any, but we don't guarantee we'll respond. For any manufacturer issues, you can rely on Google to source the appropriate information. It will help you land right.
How do I return a defective product?
Please feel free to write to us on info@lootmore.com mentioning your order details and your concern.
Do you list the sale prices in blog enteries?
No not any given point of time. Or maybe we just don't feel like it.
Why are you guys not displaying how many units left out for the day sale?
No. That would spoil the fun.
Does Lootmore offer an RSS feeds?
Yes, we do. Simply subscribe to our news letters on http://blog.lootmore.com/?feed=rss2 in your RSS reader to receive updates of all of our new items and new blog posts. Your life will immediately, measurably improve in ways you never thought possible.
How do I create an account with Lootmore?
Scroll up to the top of this page where it says "Start here. If you are new!" You will need to supply a valid email address, a password of your choice, first and last name and address details to communicate/shop to LOOT with us. Do read our privacy policy before continuing further. You can also add or change it later by clicking on "My Account." Only one account per email address and credit card number is allowed.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal. We do not accept checks, money orders, uncut gemstones, or broken promises.
Why don’t you add Cash on Delivery Option?
Not at this moment. May be we can add one in the near future.
Are my personal details safe with you guys?
Very safe. Lootmore values your privacy. We do not share (sell or tell) your personal details with anyone outside Lootmore, ever. ur Privacy Policy should explain you in detail. So relax!

Check our Return and Refund Policy. You can also write a stinking mail. We love them though.
How will I receive my money for the products which I have returned or cancelled?
Most of the times we prefer to pay you back through cheque. How ever we can explore the possibilities considering the criticality.
What are my shipping options?
Currently, your shipping options are limited. An item can ship if you order it, or not ship if you don't. Most of the products would be shipped through our preferred courier services partner Blue dart and DTDC. If your destination city is under tier1, it would reach you within 24-48 hours, else on or before 5 to 7 working days.
How can I track my order?
Regardless of shipping method, you will get a tracking email once your order ships. You can check your order status by logging in and clicking the “My Account” tab at the top of the page. Your account page will list all your previous orders. Click on the order number to view tracking information for that order. Do not email us the next day asking when your item will ship. Take a breath. Have a cup of coffee. Patience in all things leads to virtue.
I do not see my location listed and also do you deliver outside India?
No, we do not ship outside India at this time. Just Desi and all mighty INDIA, we will surely explore going forward. At any given point of time if you feel we have missed out to add your location, do not hesitate to poke us on feedback@lootmore.com
I have received a Discount Coupon Code from Lootmore, how do I use it?
Oh wow, congratulations. It’s simple, during the process of transaction at the end we will ask you to enter the Discount Coupon(DC) details, provide one as given and enjoy the discounts. Some people are smart who’s hungry to take the discounts, the discount code will never ever work/applicable if the DC value is higher than the sale value or not matching the purchase criteria of the sale. Discretion of rights to approve are limited to Lootmore.

NO. To whom so ever it may concern, you have a limitation to buy. Please don’t come to us with this question again.
